Child Safety Standards

Car Club Connect is intended for adults age 18 and older. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sextortion, trafficking, or any other conduct that endangers a child.

Prohibited content and conduct

Users may not use Car Club Connect to:

• Create, upload, share, request, store, or promote CSAM or sexual content involving a minor.
• Groom, solicit, sexualize, exploit, threaten, or extort a minor.
• Arrange or promote trafficking, sexual contact, or other harmful activity involving a minor.
• Share links, instructions, or other material that facilitates child exploitation.

How to report a concern

In the app, long-press a chat message and choose Report message. You can also go to Profile → Support → Report a problem and choose Report abuse or harassment. A club or chapter can be reported from its in-app menu. To stop contact immediately, long-press a message and choose Block user.

Anyone can also report a child-safety concern directly to our designated contact at ampysapps@gmail.com. Include the account, club, message, or event involved and enough information for us to locate it. Do not email or redistribute suspected CSAM.

Our response

We review child-safety reports and may remove content, restrict features, suspend or terminate accounts, preserve relevant records, and cooperate with law enforcement. When we become aware of apparent CSAM or child exploitation, we report it to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or the appropriate authority as required by applicable law.
