Delete Your Car Club Connect Account

You can permanently delete your account and associated data either in the mobile app or by sending us a request from this page.

Delete inside the app

1. Sign in to Car Club Connect.
2. Open Profile.
3. Choose Delete Account and confirm.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, email us from the address associated with your account. We may ask you to verify ownership before completing the request.

What is deleted

Deletion removes your account profile and personal content associated with it, including messages, vehicles, uploaded media, membership records, notification tokens, and active location-sharing data. You will lose access to clubs and events connected to the account.

What may be retained

Payment, transaction, fraud-prevention, and audit records may be retained when required by law, tax obligations, dispute resolution, or our payment processor. Those records are restricted to those purposes and are not used to recreate your account.
